Police investigating after a body was found in Stanmore are not treating the death as suspicious.
A post-mortem was performed today on the corpse discovered in The Common early on Tuesday, but police are waiting on further tests to establish the cause of death.
Police were called to the street at 7.05am after reports that a body had been found.
Up to seven police cars attended, and staff from London Ambulance Service pronounced the man dead.
Investigations are ongoing and an inquest into the death is expected to be opened in due course.
