A HIGH court decision on the future of six libraries in Brent will be reached by October.
Campaigners launched the Brent SOS (Save our Six) Libraries campaign earlier this year against Brent Council's decision to close Preston, Barham Park, Tokyngton, Cricklewood, Kensal Rise and Neasden libraries.
A three-day judicial review was held at the High Court last month and a result is due this autumn.
A statement released by Brent Council said: “We have been informed by the judge's clerk that judgement will not be available until October. We have no further details at present.”
