A HARROW family are appealing to the public to help find their daughter who has gone missing as they are growing increasingly concerned for her health.
Karen Fernandes, 40, was admitted to the Farringdon Ward in Northwick Park Hospital on Sunday as she was unwell.
She then went missing on Wednesday evening.
She needs medication and has not taken any with her.
Her family fear that without her medication her mental state will deteriorate and she soon will not be able to ask for help.
Karen has gone missing before but turned up at her mother's home in Streatfield Road a couple of days later.
Her family, which include two sisters, said that it is out of character for Karen to go missing for such a long time and not to inform them.
Karen's mother Jean Fernandes said: "We are extremely worried about Karen. We cannot sleep at night.
"If anyone knows where Karen is we just want to know that she is okay and we want her home."
Karen has black curly shoulder length hair which has grey streaks in it. She is 5ft 7ins and was wearing a turquoise jumper with a plain beige skirt and was carrying a white and beige handbag. She was also wearing flat black shoes.
