A 17-year-old from Wembley has become the subject of Brent’s latest Anti-Social Behaviour Order.

Raheem Bourne has been banned from being in a public place in Brent while in a group of two or more people, in a manner which causes any person to fear for their safety.

Officers from Brent’s Integrated Community Safety Team obtained the ASBO, which lasts for two years, from the North West London Youth Court on Monday.

Sergeant Neil Tulloch, from Wembley Central Safer Neighbourhoods Team, said: “Here at Wembley Central Safer Neighbourhood Team we often have issues with anti-social behaviour, so it is always good to see how various NTdepartments can work together to obtain such positive results.

“This individual has committed a lot of his anti-social behaviour in and around the Wembley Central ward area, mainly while in company of other youths.

“Now he faces being arrested for causing anti-social behaviour in the Borough of Brent, one hopes this will deter his behaviour.

“We hope also that it sends a message out to any other youths that this type of behaviour will not be tolerated in Wembley Central and the whole area of Brent and should others continue to behave in an anti social manner, they too will be monitored and evidence gathered in order to submit further ASBO applications on those individuals.”
