Brent Police are warning people to be vigilant while in pubs after a number of reports of thefts from pub-goers.
The latest incident took place on Friday at 6pm.
A 65-year-old man was in JJ Moons, in Wembley High Road, when an Asian man started speaking to him while he was standing in the toilet.
When he left the toilet he noticed that his wallet was missing from his back pocket.
This is just one of a string of similar crimes in the Wembley and Kilburn areas in recent weeks.
As a result, police are warning people not to leave property unattended and to be aware of people around them.
They are asking that anyone with information contacts them on 101 or calls Crimestoppers confidentially on 0800 555 111.
