Bus travellers who use several north London bus routes are likely to be severely affected by a drivers' strike tomorrow.
Members of the Unite union who work for Arriva London North are to go on strike from 3am tonight because of a pay dispute.
The industrial action is due to last 24 hours and will see Arriva services, which make up ten per cent of London bus services, severely disrupted or cancelled.
The strike will affect a total of 51 bus routes across the north of the capital. Routes serving Haringey, Enfield and Barnet, and Transport for London (TfL) has warned Wood Green, Turnpike Lane, Tottenham Hale, Seven Sisters and Victoria Tube stations will be made busier.
Some routes into central London, including 29, 38, 73, 149 and 243, will also be affected.
Bus services operated by other companies will run a normal service.
