Protestors will take to the streets of Harrow to mark the International Day of Disabled People today.
The Harrow Association of Disabled People is inviting the public to join them on a protest march because it believes disabled people are being hit hardest by Government cuts to benefits and services.
The march will start at 11.30am at Harrow Primary Care Trust, in Lowlands Road.
The campaigners will then walk to Harrow Council’s Department for Work and Pensions, in Clarendon Road, before ending at the Civic Centre, in Station Road.
There will then be refreshments available at the Red Brick Café in Wealdstone.
The International Day of Disabled People, organised by the United Nations, is held on December 3 every year to encourage people to think about, and address, the issues that face people with disabilities.
