Harrow West MP Gareth Thomas is claiming that Harrow patients are suffering as a result of NHS cuts.
The MP says Harrow Primary Care Trust has restricted at least four treatments as a result of financial cuts.
He says that treatments including cataract surgery and hysteroscopy are being restricted.
Mr Thomas said: “Patients in Harrow are being forced to bear the brunt of Cameron’s cuts to the NHS.
“There can be no reasonable justification for restricting patients from having a cataract referral, for example, when scientific evidence suggests delaying surgery is more dangerous for the patient and is costlier in the long run.”
