A young writer from Harrow won the chance to develop his skills by working with Time-Out magazine.
Joel Witter 20, will be mentored by the magazine’s editor-in-chief Tim Arthur to be part of Time Out London’s editorial team and will take home a Canon EO5 110D SLR camera.
There were four other winners from accross London.
The Your London initiative, supported by Media Trust and The Jack Petchey Foundation, offered five 18 to 25 year olds from across the capital the chance to improve their writing, digital media and photography skills from by working with top journalists.
Mr Witter said: “Being a winner of Your London is a fantastic feeling and a great way to get my voice heard.
“Working with journalists at Time Out has been fantastic and really helped me develop my ideas and new skills.”
