Teenagers from across the borough were recognised for their hard work as part of a national week of action.
Harrow Borough Council’s youth development team showcased the contribution of children and teenagers as part of National Youth Work Week.
Last week those who have taken part in some of the activities over the past year joined together for selection of performances and talks.
Cllr Janet Mote, who is responsible for young people and schools, said: "This was a celebration of all the great work being done in Harrow for our young people and by our young people.
“Many of the young people who attended have gone through a range of programmes with our youth development team and are now volunteering with us or have gone on to college or employment.
“The activities held over the summer were oversubscribed and the feedback from young people and their carers was overwhelmingly positive.”
Programmes offered by the youth development team include educational and training activities such as web design, self defence, cooking and health and beauty.
