A foundation trust is calling for people's views on changes to dementia services in the borough.

Central and North West London NHS Foundation trust has launched a three-month consultation on changes to older people day services and memory services in Harrow.

The trust hopes the proposals will give greater access for patients and help create a comprehensive memory assessment service.

Two public consultation meetings have been announced which will give people the chance to find out more about the proposals.

They will be taking place on November 22 from 1pm to 3.30pm OPHA Harrow Day Assessment Unit, 1st Floor, Bentley House, in Headstone Drive.

There will also be a public meeting on Monday January 13 next year from 7pm to 9pm at the same address.

The consultation began on November 1 and will end on January 31. Those interested in taking part can do so by clicking here.
