A date has been set for the public inquiry for Barnet FC’s planning appeal against Harrow Borough Council's planning decision.
Barnet FC submitted the appeal last month after Harrow Borough Council’s planning committee rejected the club’s proposals for the site in Camrose Avenue, Edgware in September.
The Planning Inspectorate has announced the three day inquiry will start on June 10 next year.
The application was rejected on the basis the floodlights and the West Stand fell outside specifications agreed by the council.
The club was then issued a planning enforcement notice by the council, meaning it had six months to demolish the stand and three months to remove the lights.
