Fairtrade products will go on sale at a Harrow shopping centre to mark an international event raising awareness of the charity.
Oxfam in Pinner and the Mayor of Harrow is supporting the World Fairtrade Day event, which will take place outside St George’s Centre between 10am and 3pm on Saturday.
Two marquees will be set up on the concourse of the St Ann’s Way shopping centre selling Fairtrade products including tea, coffee, oils and chocolate.
The Harrow Community Choir, the mayor’s chosen charity for the year, will also be performing in the afternoon.
All of the money raised will be split between Fairtrade and Oxfam.
