Rotarians helped load a van of donations bound for deprived people in Ukraine.
During the past few months the Rotary Club of Northwick Park and friends have been collecting items for children in the Chernobyl area of Ukraine, specifically in Chenihiv.
On Saturday members loaded the items, including disposable nappies, toiletries, bandages, disinfectant and washing powder, all of which had been generously donated by the people of Harrow.
The club along with London District Rotary Clubs raised the money to buy the van for the charity Felsted Aid in October 2012.
