Rock climbing, table tennis and boccia were just some of the activities enjoyed by children and teenagers with disabilities at a sports centre.
Dozens of people from across the borough enjoyed the open day at Harrow Leisure Centre on Sunday May 18.
Everyone Active, which runs Harrow's leisure services, teamed up with charity Action for Children to deliver the open day, which included coaches from Harrow clubs leading sessions in football, indoor athletics and cricket.
Neville Graham form Everyone Active said: “It was a brilliant event with plenty of free, inclusive activities for families to get involved with.
“We welcome disabled customers every day but we’re still keen to increase participation levels so the open day was a great opportunity to promote awareness of the range of activities and facilities on offer here at Harrow Leisure Centre.”
