Bright colours filled the streets as Muslims gathered to celebrate the birth of the prophet Muhammad.
Milad an-Nabi, also known as Mawlid al-Nabi, is a holiday celebrated by some Muslims which commemorates the birth of the prophet and founder of the religion.
Organised by the Harrow Sunni Movement, members joined together at Harrow Central Masjid in Station Road, Harrow, before heading out into the streets for a colourful celebratory procession.
The procession was then followed by English and Urdu talks along with a reading by Naat Khawan Qari Shahid Mahmood Qadri.
