A school has broken out in celebration after a second basketball team won a borough-wide tournament.

Year 7 pupils from Harrow High School’s basketball team have been crowned borough champions after winning all five of their games – in a similar manner to the school’s Year 8 team, who managed the same feat last week.

The team beatHatch End High School and the ‘B’ teams from Canons High School and Rooks Heath school in the group stage, and then defeated Nower Hill High School 8 – 6 in the semi final.

They took on Canons High School’s ‘A’ team in the final, winning 8 – 6.
