With one month to go before the General Election, the Harrow Times is looking at the political parties' candidates for Brent North.
Brent North is made up of the Harrow and Brent wards of Fryent, Kenton, Kingsbury, Preston, Queensbury, Roe Green, Sudbury, Sudbury Court, Tokyngton, Town Hall, and Wembley Park, and has an electorate of more than 82,000.
Incumbent Labour MP Barry Gardiner has held the seat since 1997, gaining a majority of 15.4 per cent in 2010, and will stand again for election next month.
Also standing for the seat are Conservative Luke Parker, Liberal Democrat Paul Lorber, Green Party member Scott Bartle and UKIP candidate Martin Ferguson.
