Volunteers who advise people in need had a royal visitor today.
HRH the Princess Royal, the patron of national Citizens Advice, met staff and community leaders as she was shown around the new premises of Harrow Citizens Advice Bureau at the Civic 9 building in Milton Road, Harrow, this afternoon.
During the visit, Princess Anne met people who staff had helped with problems such as money management and work concerns.
Harrow CAB chairman Frances Logan said: “We are very fortunate to have The Princess Royal as our national patron and to be able to welcome her in person to our bureau.
“Her support for the work of the CAB service is greatly appreciated and we are delighted she is able to join us to thank our team of volunteers and paid staff for all their hard work and dedication, and to launch our new premises.”
