Harrow Borough Council are doing a marvellous job in saving Harrow taxpayers’ money.
They have cut back on the number of hours that the park warden does in Pinner Memorial Park. The park looks so much prettier with litter and rubbish everywhere.
Then come on down to Rayners Lane, alongside the sports ground. There used to be two litter bins close to the bus stop, but they were removed to save money by not having to send someone to empty them. There are cans, bottles, pizza boxes, empty sandwich wrappings, etc, all over the place.
Oh, by the way, our thick-headed council leaders – don’t forget to get your pay rise and bonuses on the way out.
