A group of Year 12 students from Harrow have self-published a cookbook bringing together a range of recipes from top chefs.
The students’ cookbook, titled Get a Taste for London, was published as part of the Young Enterprise competition, and features recipes from over 60 top London chefs including Heston Blumenthal, Simon Rogan, Ruth Rogers and Yotam Ottolenghi, as well as recipes from upcoming chefs, new restaurants and supper clubs.
Their aim was to reflect the dynamic London food scene and create a cookbook which inspires its readers through the varied types of cooking across London. Not only will the recipes included help people to discover international cuisines they may never have tasted before, but they will strive to break borders across cultures and generations.
The cookbook is available through the Young Enterprise Market at mystudentcompany.com
