A Santander branch has been temporarily shut after a confirmed case of Covid-19 within staff.
The bank at St Anns Road, Harrow, was closed today (January 4) after the confirmed case, with the rest of the branch team self-isolating.
But the branch will reopen on Tuesday (January 5), as the team from the Kingsbury Road branch will temporarily cover the St Anns bank.
As a result, the Santander branch at Kingsbury Road will be closed from January 5 and will reopen next Monday (January 11).
A spokesperson from Santander said: “While branch colleagues adhere to Government self-isolating guidelines, and to help minimise disruption to our customers, the branch team from Kingsbury Road will temporarily move to our branch at St Anns Road. We apologise for any inconvenience caused to our customers during this time.”
Customers can find the nearest alternative branch using branchlocator.santander.com and can also use online or mobile banking, or their local Post Office until the branch reopens.
