A pharmacy which will operate as a vaccination centre is searching for volunteers.

Healthways Pharmacy in Rayners Lane will open as a Covid-19 vaccination centre from next Thursday (February 4) to help with the vaccination rollout.

The pharmacy will be open seven days a week and for twelve hours a day for the next six months.

GP practices are continuing to work through their lists of eligible patients to offer them pre-booked appointments at the pharmacy and other local vaccination centres.

Healthways Pharmacy has issued an appeal for volunteers to help with the vaccine rollout. Volunteering roles include those qualified to vaccinate, to handle computer admin tasks and to act as marshals for inside and outside the pharmacy.
