Motorists using a residential road in Edgware close to Barnet FC are facing disruption next week due to a temporary closure for roadworks.
A notice from Harrow Council in this week’s edition of the Harrow Times details plans to close a section of Bridgewater Gardens to allow utility works to be carried out.
Vehicles will be prohibited from entering or exiting the road between a point opposite the boundary wall of No. 1 and a point opposite the south-western boundary wall of No. 13.
The closure order will take effect on Thursday, July 29 and could remain in place until October 2. However, the notice states that it is anticipated all the works should be completed by August 2.
During the closure traffic will be diverted via Shaldon Road, Camrose Avenue, Turner Road and vie versa.
