A woman working at German Donor Kebab was punched in the face and had a bottle thrown at her by a customer.
The staff member was attacked as a customer tried to enter the kebab food chain at The Parade in Watford on Friday (August 13) near 10.55pm.
The attack happened near the store closing time, as a customer punched the woman in the face and later threw a bottle at her.
She suffered cuts and bruises to her forehead and cut her lip.
An 18-year-old man from Stanmore was arrested after police attended the scene, but he was released on police bail while enquiries continue.
