Eyewitness are urged to come forward after a cyclist died in a crash this afternoon.
The male cyclist was hit by a truck on Pinner Road at 3.18pm today (August 25).
While emergency services attended, the cyclist had already sustained serious injuries and was soon pronounced dead at the scene.
More details on the cyclist have not been revealed, as the next of kin is yet to be informed.
The Metropolitan Police have revealed that the driver stopped at the scene and spoke to officers.
Cordons are in place next to The Gym and outside North Harrow Station, with closures also in place in surrounding areas.
The force is now asking for eyewitnesses to come forward for more information about the incident as enquiries are ongoing and no arrests have been made.
Particularly, officers are interested to see dash cam or normal footage of the incident.
Anyone who was in the area at the time and who witnessed the incident is urged to call 101, providing the reference 4218/25AUG.
