A pub has reopened after a significant refurbishment.
The Woodman, located at Joel Street in Pinner, has been restored back to a traditional pub-style after extensive work to its exterior, interior and pub garden.
Originally built in the 1640s, the pub originally lost some of its originality when it was branded as Arens Bar and Grill at the Woodman.
Now the pub has a classic-styled sign stating ‘The Woodman’ at the front, with cosy corners and pictures of the local area inside.
The pub’s garden has also undergone a complete transformation, with a Mediterranean-inspired terrace.
Dale Welch, managing director and landlord of The Woodman, said “The team and I are so excited to be back open to our customers.
“We are so lucky to be based in such a beautiful area and get to see so many new faces. We really want this to be a place where everyone feels welcome and comfortable no matter if they’re coming in on their own or as a group.
“We’ve had a really positive local buzz and it’s been really lovely to have the support of our local community. Our soft opening in July was incredibly successful and we have been taken aback by the reaction from our customers.
“We want to continue providing the amazing level of customer service that people expect and as such we are continuing table-service which has been very popular.
“We have also really enjoyed the opportunity to champion local businesses with our street-food Saturdays. Each of our guests has provided a delicious offering for our customers and we love being able to host them.”
