An elderly man is in critical condition after he was struck by a car.
The man, aged in his late 80s, was hit by a car at the junction of Mount Grove and Watford Bypass in Edgware yesterday (September 25) at 4.25pm.
Officers and the London Ambulance Service attended, and the man was rushed to hospital.
Metropolitan Police say that his next of kin have been informed, and that the driver of the car stopped at the scene to help with enquiries.
However no arrests have been made at this stage.
Police are now appealing for witnesses or any drivers with dashcam footage to help with the investigation.
