A Harrow man has been charged after two people were imprisoned at an address before one was attacked with a baseball bat.
The pair were held against their will at a property in Westland Road, Watford, and a man in his 40s suffered fractures, bruising and swelling before requiring hospital treatment.
A teenage boy was also imprisoned there.
Police attended and a large amount of Class A drugs was recovered from the address, along with several mobile phones and hundreds of pounds in cash.
Seun Daramola, of Byron Road in Wealdstone, was remanded and charged with the following offences on Friday, January 21:
- Causing GBH with intent – Section 18 (two counts)
- False Imprisonment (two counts)
- Possession with intent to supply class A drugs (heroin)
- Possession with intent to supply class A drugs (cocaine)
The charges relate to two incidents at the Westland Road address on Friday, January 14 and Thursday, January 20 respectively.
Daramola, 37, is scheduled to appear at St Albans Crown Court on Tuesday, February 22.
