Two roads in the Harrow area are set to be temporarily closed for utility works next week.
The extent of the closures is detailed in notices from Harrow Council in this week’s edition of the Harrow Times.
Vehicles will be prohibited from entering or exiting St Leonards Avenue at its junction with Kenton Road.
The closure is set to come into effect on Tuesday and the work is expected to be completed by the following day.
During the closure traffic will be diverted via Kenton Road, Kenton Lane, Alicia Avenue, Kingshill Avenue and vice versa.
Another order due to come into force on Tuesday, with work also expected to be finished by Wednesday, will apply to Alfriston Avenue.
This will prevent motorists from entering or exiting the road from a point opposite the eastern boundary of No. 8 and its junction with Imperial Drive.
The alternative route will be via Romney Drive, Vicarage Way, The Drive and vice versa.
