A flat that was linked to "persistent" anti-social behaviour and drugs use has been shut down for three months.
Harrow Council says residents have been facing issues at Pearson Apartments in College Road, Harrow-on-the-Hill, for five months.
Several complaints were received by the council prompting officers to work with police and Hyde Housing on resolving the problems.
A full closure order on a flat in Perceval Square was granted in court on May 19.
Cllr Anjana Patel, cabinet member for environment and community safety, said: "No one should be made to feel unsafe in their own community. This property was causing a lot of concern to residents living nearby with crime, ASB and drugs that a closure notice was needed. Thanks to the joint work of our officers and partners, this property is now closed.
"I hope it gives local residents reassurance and peace of mind when they are going on about their day. This action demonstrates us putting residents first as well as the willingness of our teams and the police, landlords and locals to tackle anti-social behaviour and criminal activity."
