A search is on to find a man after reports of a teenager being groped on a bus.
The girl, in her late teens, was on the upper deck of the route 18 bus in the Wembley area on August 23 when a man boarded.
Even though there were several free seats, he still sat next to her and then began to touch the victim’s chest with his elbow and stroke her leg with his hand.
The teenager reportedly told him to stop several times, but he did not.
According to police, the man only stopped after she raised her voice and other passengers started to pay attention.
She then got up and left the bus in Stonebridge Park.
Police would like to speak to a man they believe could help with their enquiries. He is described as Asian, aged between 20 to 30, with short black hair and a beard.
He was wearing bright coral shorts, with a green T-shirt and black and blue trainers.
