A sex offender has been jailed after he exposed his genitals to a person in a park.
Paul Moisa, 31, admitted that on May 22 he exposed his genitals in Chandos Recreation Ground in Edgware.
After pleading guilty to indecent exposure on July 19, Moisa appeared at Croydon Magistrates’ Court on Friday (August 25) for sentencing.
He was given a 12-week prison sentence.
MORE COURT NEWS:
However, because he has been in custody since his arrest that prison sentence is deemed to have already been served and will now be released.
Moisa, of Cardinals Walk, Sunbury-on-Thames, was also made subject to a notification requirement, meaning he must sign the sex offenders’ register for seven years.
