A judge has discharged the jury in the trial of a man accused of planning to kill a lawyer in a far-right terrorist plot.
Cavan Medlock, 31, was on trial at Kingston Crown Court over the alleged incident on September 7, 2020, at Duncan Lewis law firm in Harrow.
Medlock, of Harrow, denied charges of making a threat to kill and the preparation of terrorist acts.

The jury in the trial at Kingston Crown Court has now been discharged for legal reasons.
Judge Joel Bennathan KC told the members of the jury yesterday (March 13): “I am very much afraid that despite your efforts, attendance and concentration, I will have to discharge you from this court.”
