A man was reportedly seen masturbating outside a primary school.
Police were called to Kenmore Avenue, Harrow, on Thursday (October 17) at 2.48pm, after reports of a man seen masturbating near to the location.
It is alleged the man was doing the act outside St Joseph’s Primary School.
A man, 61, was arrested by officers near to the school and he was taken to a north west London police station.
He has since been bailed, pending further enquiries while investigations into the incident continues.
A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said: “At 2.48pm on Thursday 17th October police were called to Kenmore Avenue in Harrow outside St Joseph’s Primary School, following a report of a male seen masturbating at the location.
“A 61-year-old male was arrested by officers a short distance away, and taken to a police station in north west London. He has since been bailed pending further enquiries.”
