A man was “punched to the ground” and his wallet was stolen in an early morning attack at a bus station.

Emergency services were called to reports of a robbery at Harrow bus station at 3.40am on Tuesday (November 12).

The victim, a man in his 30s, was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital.

A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 3.40am on Tuesday November 12 to reports of an assault at Harrow Bus Station, HA1.

“We sent an ambulance crew to the scene and treated a man before taking him to hospital.”

A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said: “Police were called to Harrow Bus Station at 3.48am on November 12 to reports of a robbery.

“A man in his 30s reported his wallet was stolen after he had been punched to the ground.”
