VOLUNTEERS will be out in force in a Harrow shopping centre this week raising money for a Kenton charity.
The St Luke's Hospice volunteers will be in St Ann's Shopping Centre wrapping presents for shoppers.
They are hoping to better last year's total of £4,000, and have set a £5,000 target by the end of the week.
Chhaya Parmar, from the hospice, said: "Gift wrapping is one of the best and most festive events at St Luke's.
“This year we're hoping to raise £5,000 from it so we need all the support we can get at this time of year from the public. This will go towards the much needed services at St Luke's."
Pupils from St Bernadette's Catholic Primary School helped out at the end of last week by coming along to sing carols to shoppers.
