Some of the staff at Kodak's Hemel Hempstead offices are moving to the company's Wealdstone site as it prepares to leave the building that has been its headquarters for 35 years.
The company is to move out of Kodak House in August, but will stay in Hemel, in new premises at a business centre.
Chairman and managing director Jane Guinn said: "These are exciting times as we move towards being a digitally-oriented company.
"We remain hugely successful, our growth strategy is on track, and 2005 will be a crossover year, where more than half of our revenues will be from digital photography.
"As photography changes, our business needs are hanging and Kodak House no longer offers the facilities we require. Our needs have outgrown the building and it is time to move on."
