TWO MEN are recovering at home after they were ambushed by the North Circular and stabbed.
The pair, in their 20s, had left work at Katsouris Fresh Foods factory when they were approached by a gang of teenagers who demanded they hand over their valuables.
When the men refused, they were chased through the underpass beneath the A406 and stabbed outside Crown House, in Abbeydale Road on the edge of Wembley.
Police were called, at around 8.30pm on Tuesday, May 18, and the two men were rushed to hospital with stab wounds.
Locals initially feared they would not make it, but both men have now been discharged from hospital and are recovering at home.
Officers sealed off the road and underpass following the stabbing and began a hunt for the men responsible.
Two 15-year-old boys from Wembley and two 16-year-old boys from Harsleden were arrested on Thursday morning and quizzed by officers on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and robbery.
They have been bailed until early July as the investigation continues.
Ealing Police, which is heading up the investigation, continues to appeal for any witnesses to the stabbing to come forward, either calling 0300 123 1212, or contacting Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
