RUSH hour delays hit commuters on a Harrow tube line this morning.
Metropolitan Line trains faced severe delays after the line started running due to a power failure in the Baker Street area.
There are still delays on the line now and the Jubilee Line is also facing disruption due to a faulty train at North Greenwhich.
