POLICE searching for a missing pensioner have picked up bank transactions in Brighton.
Officers had been told it was unlikely Breda Moggan, also known as Bridget, 68, would leave London after she went missing from her Beverley Drive home at 10am on Friday, following a row with her husband.
They now believe she may be in Brighton after her bank account was accessed from the seaside town.
Detectives think she left the house with several hundred pounds and her passport is missing.
She is white, with short brown hair.
Police Constable Kevin Crowe from Missing Person Unit said: “I urge anyone with information to get in touch with Breda's family, or contact the police.”
Anyone with information can call the Brent Police Missing Person Unit on 0208 733 3771, or charity Missing People on 0500 700 700.
