TWO men arrested at an address in Harrow which police believe was at the heart of a credit card scam have been accused of fraud.
Ioan Bura, 25, and Viorel Strango, 23, both Romanian nationals, appeared at City of Westminster Magistrates Court on Saturday where they were remanded in custody.
They were arrested by City of London police at an unnamed address in the borough described by the force as "a property suspected of being at the centre of a credit card scam" on Friday.
They will appear again at City of London Magistrates Court on March 11.
