The 34-year-old has denied being involved in “clandestine smuggling” and claims the accusations against him amount to only regulatory offences.
He was arrested by armed police as he pulled out his sleepy cul-de-sac Daymer Gardens on February 8.
On the same day more than 500 guns were seized in a raid on his business Sabre Defence Industries Ltd, in Belvue Road, Northolt, police say.
He was legally allowed to sell firearms but that licence has since been revoked.
His hearing, at City of Westminster Magistrates Court begins this morning.
