CHILDREN got hands on during an animation and puppet-making masterclass at an arts centre in Hatch End yesterday.
A week-long class for eight to 12-year-olds was held as a holiday activity at Harrow Arts Centre, in Uxbridge Road.
Harrow Council has produced a guide of activities for the school holidays called Do something this Easter, which includes theatre classes at the centre, an inflatable safari run at the Aspire Pool, and a football camp at Bannister Sports Ground.
Councillor Mitzi Green, the council's portfolio holder for Children’s Services, said: “The council and its partners have laid on a great range of events and activities for young people to enjoy this Easter, from the creative to the sporty."
The activities run until April 21. Log on to www.harrow.gov.uk/dosomething for more information.
