ROYAL Wedding fever hit a Kingsbury school yesterday with pupils gathering for a party.
Roe Green Infant School, in Princes Avenue, got in the spirit a day early and children made hats, flags, bunting and paper chains to help celebrate the marriage of Prince William and Kate Middleton.
All the youngsters were asked to don head wear, such as sun hats and caps, to keep with tradition, for a party in the playground.
Richard Homes, acting headteacher, said: "Roe Green Infant School wanted to celebrate The Royal Wedding and chose a Traditional Street Party. Children and staff really enjoyed the afternoon and we all gave a rousing three cheers to William and Kate."
