A CHRISTMAS concert will be held this week to raise money for a charity that helps children with illnesses through music therapy.

Harrow Harmony will hold the evening ranging from traditional music from classical composers Handel and Tavener to music from rock band Queen and carols.

The concert will be held on Saturday at South Harrow Methodist Church, in Walton Avemue.

Ticket sales will go towards supporting the Nordoff Robbins music charity, which provides music therapy for children with autism, mental health problems, brain injury, depression and cancer.

The event is from 7.30pm to 9pm. To book tickets call 0208 248 7260.
