Six blue badges were seized as part of a clampdown on illegal users in Harrow.
Harrow Council’s fraud officers and Greenhill Safer Neighbourhoods Team patrolled Greenhill Way last Thursday, after people lodged complaints about badge misuse.
The badges are issued to people with mobility problems, who rely on them to park close to community facilities.
The fraudsters, who were using the badges without their disabled owner being present, may face warnings, fines or court action.
Cllr Graham Henson, portfolio holder for performance, customer services and corporate services on Harrow Council, said: “We will continue to hold operations like this one across Harrow as long as our residents are being ripped off in this way.
“People repeatedly tell us how frustrating it is that valuable spaces are being used by people who are flouting the law.
“Elderly and disabled residents depend on their blue badges and suffer when parking spaces are snapped up by fraudsters.”
