Fast trains between Harrow and central London have been cancelled for the whole day after a derailed train in Buckinghamshire.
The obstruction because of the derailed engineering train at Bletchley means twice-hourly London Midland services in both directions between Harrow & Wealdstone and Euston have been cancelled for the rest of the day to ease congestion on other lines.
Other trains may run up to 20 minutes late because of the problem, which was exacerbated by delays on the Bakerloo line earlier this morning.
Tickets are being accepted on Virgin Train services while engineers work to fix the problem.
