Detectives hunting for a minicab driver who has breached his licensing conditions believe he could be in Edgware.
Hackney officers who are trying to locate Mohammed Hersi, 46, believe he is living in Edgware and operating as a taxi driver in Wembley.
He is described as a 5ft 9in man with a stocky build and black short afro hair.
