Harrow RFC were relieved to claim a 26-22 win at struggling Belsize Park in Herts Middlesex One.
A superb start by the home side gave them a deserved 12-6 lead over Harrow. Pressure from the visitors led to a penalty try but they still trailed at the break 15-13.
Gary Conroy scored in the second half before Park regained the lead. But a late effort from Harrow edged them to a fortuitous win.
